Our system uses a hydrogen peroxide-based whitening gel together with high-powered LED light. The peroxide whitening agent works to break down stain-causing compounds, helping your smile look noticeably brighter.
Many clients experience an improvement of approximately one to two shades per treatment. Occasionally, three shades may be achieved, although this is less common. Your individual response depends on your original tooth color, the type and depth of discoloration, previous dental work and other factors.

How Much Whiter Can Your Teeth Become?
Many clients see approximately one to two shades of improvement after a session. Some may experience three shades, but this is less common. Teeth do not necessarily whiten at the same rate or reach an identical shade. The outcome depends on your starting tooth color, existing stains, enamel characteristics and dental restorations. Crowns, veneers, bonding and tooth-colored fillings generally do not respond to whitening gel the way natural teeth do. Some clients may benefit from additional whitening sessions to approach their desired shade.

Before Your Appointment
- Avoid Dark Drinks — Limit coffee, black tea, red wine, cola and other strongly colored beverages.
- Avoid Staining Foods — Avoid berries, tomato-based sauces, soy sauce, mustard and other highly pigmented foods.
After Your Appointment
- Avoid Tobacco — Refrain from smoking and other tobacco products that can stain your teeth.
- Choose Gentle Oral Care — Maintain good oral hygiene with gentle, non-staining products. Avoid strongly colored oral-care products during the initial 48 hours when practical. Continue any dentist-prescribed products unless your dentist advises otherwise.
- Temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation can occur after whitening. If sensitivity develops, use a toothpaste formulated for sensitive teeth and contact your dentist if symptoms are significant or persistent.
Keep Your Smile Looking Its Best
Your whitening journey doesn't have to end after one visit. For clients who are suitable for repeat whitening, we recommend scheduling maintenance treatments approximately four times per year to help preserve a bright, refreshed smile. Results and maintenance needs depend on your natural tooth shade, staining habits, oral hygiene and individual response. We will help you determine a practical whitening schedule.
